G1 Completes New Restaurant for OTG – Southern Belle

Houston, Texas

Recently, our G1 Facility Services team completed a new restaurant venue in Houston for OTG called “Southern Belle”. Our G1 team showcased our efficiency and capabilities by finishing this project not only within budget, but on time despite a “phase II” being added mid-way through the project!

G1 was the General Contractor on this project and was responsible for demolition, electrical, data, iPads and graphics install, as well as deep cleaning. In addition, G1 installed new tables and chairs, new TVs, menu boards, and new signage. The G1 team definitely worked together to bring this project to fruition in a timely fashion and ensured completion before Southern Belle’s opening day on January 17th, 2019.

G1 is appreciative of all the accolades and kind words we have received in response to our work at this venue and look forward to more opportunities to be a part of similar projects for OTG in the future.
